Digital Product Policy
Eye Easy Note educational materials are digital downloads. Once access is granted and files are delivered, refunds are generally not provided.
💵 Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except in exceptional cases required by law.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Technical delivery failure occurs and cannot be resolved
- Clear error in order processing on our side
Request Process
To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
